MyGermanWay is recognized for its fair recruitment. That means binding rules to protect you — based on the state quality mark of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG), the WHO guidelines, the ILO standards, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the IOM's IRIS standard.
The "employer pays" principle applies: the costs of recruitment are borne by the clinic in Germany — never by you. We do not charge you any placement fees, neither up front nor later through your salary.
At all times you know where you stand on your journey, what comes next, and who your fixed contact persons are — from first contact to onboarding at the clinic.
You receive the key information about the contract, role, salary, and working conditions in writing and in a language you understand — in good time and before you sign anything, so that you can make an informed decision.
We do not recruit in countries that, according to the WHO Global Code of Practice, suffer from a shortage of healthcare workers. Your path to Germany must not weaken the healthcare system in your own country.
Fair recruitment does not end with the contract. We support you with language and technical language, recognition of your qualification, the visa, your arrival, official procedures, and integration into the team.
