The procedure is open to all parties involved, in particular: international professionals (e.g. nurses, MTR, MTL, doctors), partner agencies and cooperation partners, employers in Germany, and any other third parties affected by our services.
Through our complaints system, you can submit reports, complaints, or feedback about irregularities, unfair practices, or violations of our statement of principles on fair recruitment and human rights. Any general feedback about our processes or services is also welcome.

Every complaint received is reviewed and processed within three weeks. Receipt is confirmed and, if you wish, you receive a response on the measures taken. All complaints are treated confidentially. Your identity is protected if you wish — an anonymous report is also possible.

MyGermanWay complies with the provisions of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz, HinSchG). This law protects people who report irregularities in good faith from disadvantages or reprisals.
