MyGermanWay provides nursing professionals with the entire placement process, as well as additional services such as language courses, recognition procedures, visas, travel, or relocation, completely free of charge. Costs already incurred that are directly related to recognition, language training, or entry may be reimbursed upon request. This corresponds to the "employer pays" principle (Employer-Pays).
Our services are open to all qualified nursing professionals, regardless of their social or economic background. No fees are charged, and there is no obligation to reimburse, unless the requirements of the quality mark are met.
From the start of the placement process, all candidates receive a complete overview of contents, services, timelines, and responsibilities. This includes, among other things, an information brochure, a transparent presentation of the process, and contracts in the relevant official language.
We place particular importance on the active participation of nursing professionals. In individual advisory sessions, personal and professional preferences as well as qualifications are taken into account. The goal is long-term, stable integration tailored to the needs of the workplace in Germany.
MyGermanWay's responsibility does not end with the placement. We take overall responsibility for the entire process, including all partners and providers involved in recruitment, qualification, and support.
