A bridge between two needs
The idea behind MyGermanWay grew out of a simple observation: on one side, German clinics and practices are urgently looking for qualified healthcare staff. On the other, highly qualified professionals abroad are waiting for a real and fair opportunity in Germany.
Between these two needs, a reliable bridge was missing — one that did not bet on quick placement, but on fairness, transparency and the highest quality. That is the bridge we set out to build.
Today we accompany professionals from the first consultation, through language and recognition (Anerkennung), all the way to their arrival in the team — and clinics in their search for people who really stay. Fair for the professional. Reliable for the clinic.
