The adaptation course is the practical alternative to the knowledge examination. You make up the differences identified in your Defizitbescheid (deficit notice) in an adaptation phase — with us in Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg and Hamburg, compatible with work and with its own exam. This way you prepare practically for your Anerkennung (recognition) as an MT-R. For other federal states we look at your Defizitbescheid and reply within 24 hours.
If your Defizitbescheid identifies substantial differences compared with the German MT-R training, you can make them up — instead of with the knowledge examination — with an adaptation course. In it you acquire the missing competencies in a practical way and finish with an exam. The duration depends on your Defizitbescheid and is usually between 3 and 12 months.
Classes are online — in the evening or on the weekend. This way you can combine the course with your job.
We work with our own examiners — we conduct the exam ourselves, well structured and plannable.
You take your final exam where you do the practical part of the course — on the equipment you work with every day.
The course is certified by AZAV and is therefore eligible for funding.
